How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Declinedwages Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Declinedwages Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Declinedwages Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@declinedwages.beer. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short note on what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will email you to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
